Terrain is a strange beast in Civilization games. For the most part, it is your greatest supply of resource; the more technology you unlock the more you can transform seemingly useless land into improvements that render quite a lot to your economy at a small, linear price. Terrain and Resources differ, but they refer pretty much to the same things. -- Jennie Rose 03:04, April 5, 2012 (UTC)
